Plumcake al pistacchio e ciliegie

Il plumcake al pistacchio e ciliegie è un dolce morbido e goloso con tutto il sapore delle ciliegie e del pistacchio di Bronte.

Realizzarlo è semplicissimo, basta una ciotola, 1 cucchiaio e 5 minuti di orologio + il tempo di cottura.

Sentirete che morbidezza e che bontà...

PLUMCAKE AL PISTACCHIO E CILIEGIE

Per un plumcake di 23 cm di lunghezza 

75 ml di olio di semi di girasole

120 g di zucchero a velo

2 uova medie

150 g di yogurt bianco denso

100 g di farina 00

la polpa di mezza bacca di vaniglia

50 g di farina di pistacchio

12 ciliegie denocciolate e tagliate a metà

8 g di lievito per dolci

Per decorare 

crema spalmabile al pistacchio

granella di pistacchio

ciliegie fresche

Lavorate l' olio e lo zucchero con un cucchiaio, poi aggiungete un uovo alla volta fino a rendere il composto cremoso.

 Aggiungete lo yogurt, la vaniglia, le farine ed il lievito.

Unite per ultime le ciliegie.

Cuocete a 175° per circa 45 minuti.

Una volta freddo, decoratelo con crema di pistacchio, granella e ciliegie fresche.
